I wanted to wait little bit before writing this review so I could give my full thoughts. I bought a 2014 Nissan Juke from Motorkings on September 23rd of this year and I'm still astounded by the service I was given. I walked in at 9am and Jackie and Elvis were both there to talk to lenders and get me the best deal I could possibly get. They both did a great job advocating for me and in the end I was very happy with my purchase. Of course I have to extend a courtesy to the finance company but that's for another review. I left the dealership around 3pm, late for work but with a car. Now, here's the reason I waited to write this review: not long after I bought the car, I experienced some problems. I took it to an auto parts store to use their code reader but nothing came up. But I knew something was wrong so I called Elvis to let him know my concerns. They gave me a free diagnostic and found there to be issues with my transmission. I was disappointed, but thankfully I bought a warranty and they fixed it at no charge. I've driven this car to Memphis, Huntsville, Clarksville and has given me no issue since. I cannot speak highly enough if this place. Though I believe customer service is give and take, I felt advocated for and comfortable at Motorkings. Jackie, Elvis, and the mechanics deserve all the praise they can get. I recently just purchased a new car with motorkings and let me just say everything about my process was very smooth. Jaci was so sweet and welcoming.
